Main Purpose of Job:
- The Global Digital Brand Manager is responsible for developing, managing and optimising the brand’s digital presence across all platforms to drive awareness, engagement, and enrolment. The role oversees paid and organic media initiatives, web management, CRM communications, brand content, and digital customer experience improvements.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2–4 years’ experience in digital marketing or brand communications.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta campaigns (paid media).
- Experience managing or updating websites via WordPress or similar CMS.
- Working knowledge of SEO principles and website optimisation.
- Experience producing or coordinating digital content (social, blog, web copy, CRM).
- Familiarity with analytics dashboards (Google Analytics) and campaign reporting.
- Experience working with CRM systems — preferably Microsoft Dynamics CRM for lead management, communication workflows and reporting.
- Experience working with external agencies/suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Advantageous: exposure to online learning / e-commerce / education sector.
