- Experience with returns management, stock control, and inventory systems
What will you be doing?
- Cross-Border Returns & Logistics: Manage the end-to-end returns process, with a focus on international and regional logistics.
- Inventory & Stock Control: Oversee stock control, inventory accuracy, and quality inspection processes.
- ERP System Management: Use SAP or similar ERP systems to manage returns and supply chain data effectively.
- Supplier Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers.
- Returns & Credit Policy Management: Ensure compliance with returns procedures and manage credit authorizations in line with company policies.
