Rosebank College is looking for a Financial Administrator to manage accounts receivable functions with precision and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and resolve queries via the IIE Assist ticket system
  • Process refunds, adjustments, and cancellations
  • Prepare reconciliations and journals
  • Manage receipt reversals and unallocated payments
  • Generate invoices for sponsors and bursaries
  • Prepare student files for handover to the ADvTECH Group
  • Perform ad hoc financial duties as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum: Diploma in Finance (NQF Level 6) or Degree (NQF Level 7)
  • Ideal: Diploma in Bookkeeping or Credit Control
  • Experience: 1–2 years in credit control or financial administration
  • Clean criminal record
