Qualifications and experience required:
- Recognised three-year tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Public Administration, Public Development, or related qualification.
- Two to three years’ work experience in the relevant field.
- Valid Code B driver’s licence.
- Own vehicle and public sector experience will be an added advantage.
Job purpose:
- Monitoring and coordinating employment equity objectives in all allocated directorates by evaluating progress and establishing and revising numeral targets as prescribed by the Employment Equity Plan of the institution.
- As part of the selection process, candidates may be tested on any requirement, skill or competency, which will include pre-employment screening, medical examination, security vetting and psychometric assessment.
