Suitable candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications and skills:
- Grade 12
- License to operate Drill Rig [282 and/or M2C]
- License to operate Drill Rig
- Suitable candidates must have the following work experience:
- 3-5 years’ relevant experience in operating a Drill Rill
- Ability to drill the face and support
- Experience in a massive mining environment highly advantageous
The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not be limited to:
- Deliver Drill work according to Standard Operating Procedures for responsible shift.
- Build good working relationships.
- Manage self and show up as a good team player.
- Reduce costs and waste.
- Support the Transformation agenda.
- Follow the HSEQ plan for the Business area.
- Provide feedback to be used in reports.
