Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and control daily dispatch activities.
- Ensure shipments follow courier cut-off times and SLA agreements.
- Allocate resources and manage daily workload for the dispatch team.
- Verify order accuracy and correct allocation of serialised/SIM stock.
- Oversee packaging compliance, correct labelling, and waybill completion.
- Reconcile system stock vs. physical stock and investigate variances.
- Maintain dispatch area organisation, compliance, and housekeeping (LEAN/5S).
- Liaise with couriers, 3PLs, and internal stakeholders.
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly operational reporting and KPIs.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a warehouse dispatch function
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a team lead or supervisory role
- Proven experience working with telecommunication or serialized products
- Experience working in SLA-driven environments with strict security controls for high-value stock
- Experience managing 3PL or courier integrations (e.g., SkyNet, The Courier Guy, RAM)
- Experience in dispatch planning and courier management
- Experience with mobile network operators (MNOs) or distributors (advantageous)
