- Drive digital performance and shape online brand growth in a high-performance team. We seek a commercially astute Digital and eCommerce Specialist to develop and deliver digital strategies that elevate brand presence and optimise online revenue.
- Reporting to the Marketing Manager and General Manager, this role is both strategic and hands-on, involving full ownership of digital channels, campaign execution, and eCommerce operations.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications
- 3–5 years’ experience in a similar digital/eCommerce role
- eCommerce and social media platform management are essential
- Beauty industry and category management experience are advantageous
Technical & Digital Skills
- Deep understanding of SEO, PPC, email, social media, and display advertising
- CRM and automation tools ( Sales and Marketing Manager)
- eCommerce and web analytics platforms
- CMS tools and ERP system familiarity
- Strong Microsoft Office and project management skills
Key Competencies
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management
- Creative eye with commercial sensibility
- A/B testing and analytics interpretation
- Experience with influencer and affiliate marketing
Preferred
- Knowledge of the South African beauty and digital consumer landscape
- Background in loyalty and retention program implementation
