Job Description

• A dynamic manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Debtors Manager with a proven track record in managing a large and varied debtor portfolio. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, assertive, and highly skilled in communication and accounting.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full debtors function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments
• Monitor debtor accounts and follow up on overdue balances
• Prepare regular reports on debtor performance and outstanding balances
• Implement and maintain effective credit control policies and procedures
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and disputes

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in debtors management, ideally handling large volumes and varied account sizes
• Strong attention to detail and assertive approach to managing accounts
• Excellent communication skills
• Accounting literacy and understanding of relevant financial processes
