Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantitative, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR environment with a focus on data analytics and reward management
- Proven experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization
- Strong understanding of HR metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and reward analytics
- Proficiency in HR systems, databases, and data tools, such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to interpret complex data insights and present findings to various stakeholders
- Experience working with HR data, such as employee data, compensation, and benefits
Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyze complex HR data to identify trends, develop insights, and inform business decisions.
- Design, implement, and maintain databases, reports, and analytics tools to support the Reward and Analytics department.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand data requirements and develop analytics solutions to meet their needs.
- Prepare and present data-driven reports, dashboards, and insights to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain data visualizations, reports, and other analytics tools to inform HR strategies and initiatives.
- Ensure data integrity, quality, and security, and implement data governance policies and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in HR analytics.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across different HR initiatives.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and provide data-driven insights to support HR initiatives and programs.
- Develop analytics solutions to inform reward strategies and optimize employee recognition and retention programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR operations, talent management, and compensation, to integrate data analytics into HR programs and processes.
