Job Purpose
- The Western Cape Mobility Department, Western Cape Government, has an opportunity for a suitably qualified and competent individual to render a customer relations support service to the Division PRE Service.
- The successful incumbent must be able to work under pressure, willingness to work irregular hours and meet tight deadlines.
Minimum Requirements
- An appropriate 3-year National Diploma/B-Degree (equivalent or higher qualification)
- A minimum of 1 year administrative support experience in a PRE Service Delivery and/or Operating License Administration working environment.

Competencies
- Knowledge of the following: National Land Transport Act (Act No.5 of 2009); Processing of applications for operating licenses; Functions, activities, processes and procedures of a Walk-In-Centre; Financial management, monitoring and reporting procedures, systems and reports of Directorate; General office administration and database management; General support systems; Information and Record Management/Administration; Administrative procedures and processes; Computer-based information systems.
