MINIMUM RERQUIREMENTS
- Agricultural Diploma/Degree advantageous
- Minimum 4 years management experience in agriculture
- Proven hands-on experience with maize, soya, sugar beans, grass hay
- Proven experience working with large combine harvesters and planting equipment essential
- Ability to lead and work with a team
- Computer literate
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience working with GPS and all modern precision farming systems
- Strong mechanical skills
- Valid driver’s license
