Credit Manager – Burgersdorp at OVK – Group

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 (an appropriate accounting qualification will be an advantage);
• 5 years experience in an agricultural credit lending environment;
• Thorough knowledge of applicable Credit & FICA legislation;
• Valid driver’s license.

Skills:

• Computer literate (MS Office);
• Sound communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;
• Good numerical ability;
• Good organisational skills;
• Must be able to thrive under pressure;
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality;
• The ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and to motivate and manage staff;
• Thorough understanding of risk management.

Responsibilities:

• Credit lending;
• Management of debtors book;
• Maintenance of administration;
• Management of the credit office.
