Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Communication Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that align with business objectives over a 3 year time horizon aligned to brand demand space.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the creation, distribution, and maintenance of marketing materials, including brochures, press releases, website content, and social media posts.
  • Creativity: Elevate standards on creativity, for more impact in the campaigns.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels and maintain a strong brand image. Be the guardian of the BIAB positioning
  • Media Relations: Coordinate with public relations and media representatives to deliver marketing messages and manage media inquiries.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including product launches, events, and promotional activities.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and evaluate the performance of communication programs and campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative departments, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Implementation: Lead execution of multiple projects on the brand calendar, develop brand ideas into multi-platform assets and co-develop
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing communications budget and allocate resources effectively.

Education & Experience:

  • A relevant and recognized Bachelor’s, Masters or Post-Graduate qualification in Commercial/Marketing
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in the alcohol or beverage industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing communication principles and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Experience with social media management and content creation.
  • Knowledge of the alcohol industry and its regulatory environment.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated experience developing a Big Brand Idea and executing it 360 in a Regional/Global Role.  Ability to build a team of teams and demonstrate balance between global Vs local requirements.
  •  Strong agency management from brief to execution.  Able to ensure that creativity thrives through a complex set of stakeholders.
