- As a Senior Client Success Specialist at NTT DATA, you will engage in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to drive value and ensure their satisfaction. You will be the primary post-sale point of contact, guiding clients through our Client Success Management Charters of Adoption, Expansion, and renewal. Your role is to ensure clients achieve their business objectives while experiencing the full value of our offerings and services.
- Your day will involve collaborating with sales and service delivery teams to support in-contract growth and successful renewals. By acting as a trusted advisor, you will help clients realize the benefits of our solutions, working closely with them to enhance their engagement and optimize their usage of our services.
- You will proactively resolve any escalations, ensuring client issues are addressed promptly and satisfactorily. Additionally, you will drive the up-sell of existing offerings and identify cross-sell opportunities to extend NTT DATA’s footprint within client organizations. Your expertise will demonstrate the value we deliver throughout the contract lifecycle, minimizing churn at renewal.
- Beyond working with clients, you will contribute to our Client Success Practice by adopting best practices, sharing insights, and supporting DATA quality management within your client portfolio. Staying informed about our offerings, you will bring valuable industry perspectives and highlight our differentiated solutions and partnership benefits.
To thrive in this role, you need to have:
- Advanced account planning, stakeholder mapping, and management techniques.
- The ability to interpret a client’s business strategy and plan and understand opportunities for NTT DATA solutions and services.
- Knowledge of our offerings and services, including core functionalities and client benefits.
- The ability to provide industry insights, technology trends, and competitor landscape perspectives.
- Advanced sales skills, including consultative selling and negotiation, with the ability to identify up-sell opportunities and close deals.
- The ability to execute on-time renewals with minimal churn in volume or price.
- Comprehensive knowledge of IT service environments, service operations, and ITIL practices.
- Advanced experience in a client-facing role within sales, service, or consultancy in a large-scale IT services environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to develop and maintain solid stakeholder relationships up to management level.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, sales, business science or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Financial acumen knowledge and understanding.
