It combines strategic planning, marketing insight, and high-touch client service. You will work directly with business owners to understand what is working, what is not, and how to drive meaningful results through smart recommendations and steady communication.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Set clear expectations, lead conversations, and build strong relationships
  • Ensure clients feel supported, heard, and understood

Strategic Marketing Planning

  • Develop tailored marketing strategies aligned with client goals
  • Translate insights into focused action plans and measurable recommendations

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with content, design, development, and advertising teams
  • Ensure timely execution of deliverables and strategic alignment

Performance Analysis and Reporting

  • Use tools like Google Analytics, CallRail, and CRM platforms to monitor performance
  • Deliver clear, actionable reports and support performance-based decisions

Proactive Account Leadership

  • Anticipate challenges and mitigate risks early
  • Maintain project momentum and protect client trust

Sound Decision-Making

  • Make recommendations based on business context and data
  • Communicate rationale with clarity and confidence

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and keep details organized
  • Sound decision-making and prioritization skills

Work Requirements

  • 100 percent remote work-from-home
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern Time
