Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Set clear expectations, lead conversations, and build strong relationships
- Ensure clients feel supported, heard, and understood
Strategic Marketing Planning
- Develop tailored marketing strategies aligned with client goals
- Translate insights into focused action plans and measurable recommendations
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with content, design, development, and advertising teams
- Ensure timely execution of deliverables and strategic alignment
Performance Analysis and Reporting
- Use tools like Google Analytics, CallRail, and CRM platforms to monitor performance
- Deliver clear, actionable reports and support performance-based decisions
Proactive Account Leadership
- Anticipate challenges and mitigate risks early
- Maintain project momentum and protect client trust
Sound Decision-Making
- Make recommendations based on business context and data
- Communicate rationale with clarity and confidence

Work Requirements
