Clerk Sales Order (Temporary) – Aeroton Bakery at PepsiCo

Job Overview:

• Attend to the customer orders placed by telephone, mail or personal calls. Administer Sales Orders. Deal with customer queries. Must have good knowledge of the organisation’s products.
• Capture sales orders on the System (SAP)
• Check controls
• Billing of invoices
• Create interplant POs
• Complete daily reports – No order reports
• Attend to customer complaints

Qualifications

• Grade 12/NQF 3
• Diploma/Degree Sales and Marketing is an added advantage
• Experience: 1-2 years in Sales/ Marketing
• SAP experience
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Basic Numeric Skills
• Ability to pay attention to detail
• Task Orientated
• Good Communication and Negotiation Skills
• Safety Consciousness
• Team player
