Introduction
- Accountable for the Financial Management of the organization.
- Work in close collaboration with the Chief Executive Officer, the Executive Committee and Board of the Company on creating a strategy and overseeing its execution.
- Assist the company to achieve its objectives, maximize value operationalize the value-creation agenda through effective planning and performance management.
- Manage and drive change in the Finance portfolio by enabling clear communication of the company strategy and ensuring that the team achieves its objectives.
- Manage all internal and external stakeholders that engage with ERI.
Job description
- Drives the strategic objectives defined in the divisional strategy as it relates to the financial sustainability objectives
- Lead the finance business partners to achieve financial sustainability at business unit level

Minimum requirements
Qualification(s):
- BCom Hons with CA and / or,
- Master’s in accounting or finance related study and / or,
- Advanced Business Degree NQF 8 with 480 credits
Experience:
- 8-10 years in a finance or accounting field or department with previous leadership experience in a senior role
