The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Effectively and efficiently coordinating the following in respect of candidate selection:

  • Liaising with software developers, service providers, support contractors and Party structures at provincial and regional level        
  • System monitoring, testing and reporting
  • Managing verification processes
  • Managing helpdesk requests and technical queries
  • Requesting and circulating information on the candidate selection process
  • Record keeping of meetings

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

  • National Senior Certificate or equivalent
  • Extensive experience in an administrative role
  • Recruitment and selection experience (advantageous)
  • Systems experience (advantageous)
  • Computer literacy, particularly MS Office Suite
  • Basic project management skills
  • Strong writing skills, including minute taking and agenda preparation
  • Knowledge of the internal workings of the Party (advantageous)
