Justification 

  • The Senior Associate 2 level is essential for leading fieldwork, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring timely and high-quality audit delivery. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead audit engagements across various industries, ensuring compliance with IFRS and local regulations 
  • Supervise and review work of Associates and Interns 
  • Prepare audit documentation and communicate findings to clients 
  • Liaise with clients to resolve technical and operational issues 
  • Support Managers in planning and budgeting audit assignments 
  • Required Qualifications & Skills 
  • Qualified/unqualified CA(SA) 
  • Completed articles 
  • Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and auditing standards 
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills 
  • Proficiency in audit software (e.g.Aura, microsoft applications
