JOB PURPOSE:

• To perform artisan and skilled plumbing and drainage functions and tasks when new rental stock building and existing buildings and infrastructure are maintain. Transportation of relevant personnel, tools equipment and materials.

SELECTION REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POST:

• Trade Test Plumbing Certificate

OTHER REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:

• Code EB driver’s license
• Communication skills
