Job Description
- TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Admin Clerk: Medical Aid within the Financial Services division at Nelspruit, Mpumalanga.
Job Summary
- This role involves providing administrative support related to medical aid and insurance processes, including handling claims, queries, and hospital authorisations.
- The Admin Clerk is responsible for client service, data capturing, maintaining accurate CRM records, and supporting the Financial Services Division with documentation and correspondence.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Administrative duties relating to insurance and medical schemes, including claims, queries and Hospital Authorisation
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Financial Services Division, including preparing documents, and processing correspondence
- Process and monitoring claims
- General client services and capturing of data
- Constant liaison with client/brokers and logging of communication
- Maintain the CRM database
Qualifications and Skills:
- Matric / Grade 12
- At least 5 years’ experience in the Insurance Industry (advantageous)
- At least 3 years’ work experience in an administrative position
- Computer literate (proficiency in Excel, CMR software and Microsoft Office suite)
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Deadline driven, good organising and planning skills
- Hard working, conscientious and energetic
