KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operational Leadership

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple warehouse sites within the cluster.
  • Ensure seamless execution of logistics services tailored to diverse industry verticals including FMCG, fashion & lifestyle, technology.
  • Drive safety, efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company standards and industry regulations.

Financial & Commercial Management

  • Full P&L ownership for the region, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
  • Identify opportunities to improve profitability while maintaining service excellence.
  • Partner with business development teams to support customer growth and retention.

  • Ensure strict adherence to customer KPIs and service-level agreements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted partner.
  • Proactively address operational challenges and implement solutions to exceed customer expectations.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of site operations managers and staff.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement in line with Maersk purposes and values
  • Champion health, safety, and employee engagement across all sites.

  • Develop and execute regional strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Drive innovation in warehouse operations, leveraging technology and best practices.
  • Anticipate market trends and position the business for sustainable growth.

​​​​​​​WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Bachelors Degree in Logistics, Engineering, Finance or similar.
  • Proven track record of no less than 5 years in senior leadership roles within contract logistics, supply chain, or related industries.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-site warehouse operations.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Experience working with customers in FMCG, fashion & lifestyle, and technology sectors is highly desirable.
