Job Purpose
- Provides an administration function in relation to rental agreements for Councillors, travel payments for Municipal Officials and Councillors.
Key Responsibility Areas
- Purchase items through JDE system for the department.
- Processing of invoices.
- Capture schedule for goods received notes.
- Perform post capture function.
- Management of stores/material.
- Control petty cash for the unit.
- Perform administration contract.
- Perform Councillors external office administration.
- Administration of travel payment.
- Perform general customer liaison.
