Rosebank College is looking for a dedicated Admissions Officer to manage and approve student enrolment documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with academic criteria.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and approve admission documentation
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of student records
- Liaise with sales and academic teams to resolve documentation issues
- Support student registration and retention efforts
- Provide telephonic and online assistance to students
- You may be required to perform any ad hoc registration duties as assigned to you
Requirements:
- Minimum: NQF Level 5 Diploma in Administration or equivalent
- Advantageous: NQF Level 6 Higher Diploma
- Experience: 2 years in administration; 1 year in educational admissions preferred
- Strong computer literacy and attention to detail
- Willingness to work Saturdays
