We’re on the hunt for an experienced Sales Trainer who is ready to take their career to the next level by shaping high-performing sales teams through innovative, high-impact training strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and deliver high-impact sales training programs with a focus on outbound international sales principles, sales psychology, objection handling, and closing techniques
- Identify skill gaps through observation, call listening, and data analysis, and implement strategies to close them effectively
- Facilitate onboarding for new hires and refresher programs for existing staff to maintain high levels of engagement and competence
- Maintain accurate administration of reports, training environments, and performance assessments
- Collaborate closely with Operations and QA to align training outputs with business KPIs and targets
- Track training ROI and provide actionable insights and reports to stakeholders
Requirements
- Matric is essential
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in International Outbound sales training gained within a Call centre environment
- Experienced gained within the USA market is essential
- Must have trained on Telecommunications, Insurance or Utilities
- Proven track record of improving sales KPIs through training and coaching interventions
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for content development, reporting, and tracking
- Proficiency in LMS platforms, online training tools, and facilitation of both in-person and virtual sessions
- Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire and engage multicultural teams
- Exposure to global client requirements, compliance standards, and diverse customer expectations
- Passion for continuous improvement, learning, and empowering others to succeed
- Any related qualification of certification is an advantage
- Clear criminal record
