About the Role
- As an SDR, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth strategy — generating qualified appointments for our Business Development Managers (BDMs) through a mix of strategic prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach. Your efforts will directly contribute to strengthening Corporate Traveller’s presence in the market.
What You’ll Do
- Drive combo prospecting: 30% cold calls, 30% emails, 30% LinkedIn activity
- Manage high volumes of outbound calls and digital outreach
- Handle referrals and web leads generated by marketing
- Generate, qualify, and secure first-time appointments with key decision-makers
- Collaborate with the National Sales Leader and Sales & Technical Leaders on segmentation projects to create high-value opportunities
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to accelerate conversions
- Leverage tools like Salesforce to research, track, and qualify leads
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience
- 2+ years of outbound/cold-calling experience
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage prospects meaningfully
- Resilient, ambitious, and passionate about driving new business
- Energetic, self-motivated, and results-focused
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
