Job Description
- A reputable manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Management Accountant with strong analytical and financial reporting skills to join their team in Cape Town, Western Cape.
- The ideal candidate will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting, providing strategic insights to support business decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Collaborate with various departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
- Implement and improve reporting systems and processes.
- Develop and maintain financial dashboards and data visualizations using PowerBI.
Requirements:
- CA / CIMA qualified or part-qualified.
- 5–7 years of relevant work experience in management accounting.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Experience with ERP software, SQL, and PowerBI reporting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
