Lecturer: Chemistry at Cape Peninsula University of Technology

Job Purpose

• Develop and lead research under the CPUT focus areas.
• Contribute to academic initiatives undertaken by the department to enhance learning according to the needs of the department’s teaching and learning goals.
• Teach subjects related to Analytical Chemistry.
• Develop appropriate teaching material for the subjects being offered.

Job Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Master’s degree in Analytical Chemistry or equivalent.
• A base qualification in Analytical Chemistry or equivalent.
• At least 2 years’ relevant experience, one of which must be teaching in Higher Education.
