Job Description
Responsible for the administration and support of Oracle’s compensation and benefits programs regionally or by country.
- Create principles to guide the design and application of compensation & benefits programs. Provide guidance on complex compensation & benefits questions and develop onboarding/training materials on compensation & benefits programs, policies, and practices. Handle complex inquiries from HRBP’s. May be assigned as Compensation Business Partner to a Line of Business. Design benefits policies and administration procedures, selects vendors, prepares costs projections, seek approval, and implement new/changed benefits affecting major countries. Lead the implementation of annual open enrollment and other regular Benefits programs. Lead a wide variety of departmental projects. Resolve escalated employee eligibility and claim issues. Lead the periodic review of the Compensations & Benefits policies, procedures, communications, and documentations to ensure up-to-date information and relevance. Identify problem areas and provide recommendations for process improvement. Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A minimum of 8 years broad-based compensation and/or benefits experience. Preferred Qualifications: A Bachelors degree in a related field. Strong customer service/computer skills. Experience in Excel, including experience building analyses and models. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking. Flexible and adaptable in a fast-moving environment. Strong project management skills. Data-driven person who is highly organized and can also think creatively. Strong project management skills – ability to create project plans and move teams through each step of the project successfully.
