Job Description
- Our client, a leading automotive manufacturer, is seeking a Production Engineer to drive process efficiency, quality, and cost improvement within their engineering team.
- The successful candidate will focus on implementing and optimising production systems, supporting new product introductions, and leading continuous improvement projects.
Requirements:
- BTech/Degree in Industrial, Production, or Mechanical Engineering
- 3-5 years’ experience in automotive process engineering (metal stamping)
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimise production processes to improve safety, quality, and efficiency
- Develop and maintain production documentation and SOPs
- Lead continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives
- Support new product and equipment introduction projects
- Analyse performance data and recommend corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
