What you’ll be doing:
Joining the Allocations team you’ll be the go-to person for keeping things moving—literally! Working with the supply side and our drivers in France, here’s what you’ll be getting stuck into.

Make sure all our jobs are allocated by proactively reaching out (mostly by phone) to our TP’s to pitch the available jobs to them.

You’ll need to own the allocation process—manage pipelines and assign jobs to TPs in a way that keeps them engaged and motivated.

Stay on top of your TP network and build solid relationships.

You’ll know who’s available, what vehicles they have, where they are, what jobs they can cover, and their rates and margins.

Make sure they’re getting the kind of work that suits their needs so they stay active and loyal to AnyVan.

Have good commercial and influencing skills to negotiate competitive rates that work for AnyVan, our customers, and our TP’s.

Manually create ‘routes’ and schedules for transport partners consisting of multi-job loads.

Manage and monitor job routes to make sure everything runs to schedule.

Jump in when things don’t go to plan—resolve issues quickly by working closely with both TPs and customers to find smart, timely solutions and handle last-minute cancellations or failures by re-allocating the jobs (this is where you’re relationships and knowledge of you TP base really comes in to play).

Handle key admin tasks like checking proof of delivery and keeping in touch with customers.

Hit your targets—not just on numbers, but on the way you work too (top-notch customer service, strong communication, etc.).

Performance will be measured through the following key metrics

Build great relationships across AnyVan. You’ll work closely with teams like Sales and Customer Services to share operational insights and improve overall service delivery.
What you’ll bring:

Experience in a commercial contact center/transport broker, transport coordinator, or live control/logistics role.

Bonus points if you have knowledge of the French market.

You MUST be able to speak and write fluently in French.

A commercial approach — You know how to build trust-based relationships and can negotiate with TPs in a way that works for both them and the business.

You’ve got strong Excel skills and can pull together accurate, insightful reports to help drive smarter decisions.

Currently living in a commutable distance to our offices in the Central Business district and happy to be based onsite 5 days a week and can work weekends and evenings on a rotational shift pattern.
