What you’ll be doing:

Leading the charge on positivity, running team huddles, setting daily goals, and keeping morale sky-high.

Be the team’s subject matter expert, the one everyone turns to for tricky issues.

Keep us on track with accurate reporting on attendance, punctuality, and productivity.

Source and onboarding new Transport Partners for the French market.

Train TP’s how to ace our app/portal and deliver moves to AnyVan standards.
-
Manage partner accounts: answer queries, solve problems, and ensure they’re happy and compliant.

Monitor performance and tackle challenges like late deliveries or low feedback.
-
Negotiate rates and assign jobs, making sure we get the best deals while keeping partners motivated.

Support customers on moving day, troubleshooting issues, resolving hiccups, and delivering great service.

Handle admin like Proofs of Delivery, invoicing, and pricing (because details matter!).

Work closely with other teams to make sure customers and partners always get the support they need.

Fluent in French & English (spoken and written).
