- 3-5 Years’ Underground Mining Experience
- 2 Years Shift Boss
- Underground Mining

- Computer Skills for Material/Stock ordering
- Knowledge of Health and Safety Standards and Procedures

The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not be limited to:
- Conduct Start of shift staff planning and provide instruction to Miners
- Monitor processes and procedures during shift to ensure compliance to SOPs, COPs, and production targets
- Check stock levels and order stock to ensure that required materials are available for shift
- Prevent and report on breakdowns, damages and wastage of material and resources
- Oversee the health and safety of subordinate staff in work area
- Conduct end of shift safety, compliance, and reporting procedures
- Provide feedback to be used in reports
- Coordinate, monitor and supervise the performance of direct reports
