About the Role
- We are hiring an Associate Web (UX/UI) Strategist to join our User Engagement Strategy team. In this role, you will provide day-to-day strategic support across our client portfolio, translating insights into IA, user flows, test roadmaps, and implementation guidance.
- You will collaborate with design, development, and client strategy teams to ensure websites and digital experiences deliver measurable results while staying aligned with guidelines on accessibility, performance, and privacy.
- This position is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in UX strategy, project management, analytics, and experimentation who wants to grow into a more senior web strategist role.
Key Responsibilities
- Clarify goals, KPIs, scope, timeline, and dependencies for client requests
- Use GA4 and Microsoft Clarity to identify problems (drop-offs, friction, rage clicks) and opportunities
- Create sitemaps, user flows, and wireframes in Figma
- Draft concise UX copy and CTAs that improve usability and conversions
- Help manage and execute A/B/n tests in VWO (hypothesis, targeting, sample sizing, QA, reporting)
- Maintain tracking accuracy, resolve data issues, and support accessibility, performance, and cross-device testing
- Contribute to reporting dashboards and file management for performance visibility
How You’ll Work
- Reports to the User Engagement Strategy Team and Division Leadership
- Focus mix: ~70% individual client requests, ~30% shared systems, patterns, and libraries
- Partners: Development, SEO, Client Strategy, Content/Copy, and Design teams

Qualifications
- 2-3 years in web strategy, UX, or analytics (agency experience preferred)
- Hands-on expertise with GA4/GTM, Microsoft Clarity, and VWO
- Proficiency in Figma for wireframes and components
- WordPress publishing; basic HTML/CSS/JS for tracking/debugging
- Strong communication, prioritization, and documentation skills
- Working knowledge of accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA) and privacy basics (GDPR/CPRA)
Work Requirements
- 100 percent remote work-from-home
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern Time
