KEY RESULT AREAS
- Conduct and manage asset verification for all coolers and draught equipment, ensuring accurate records of asset locations, conditions, and utilization.
- Maintain and update records of coolers and draught equipment, including deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning.
- Assist with contract administration, tracking agreements related to equipment leasing, repairs, and service providers.
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance and servicing of coolers and draught systems.
- Compile reports and presentations on asset utilization, performance, and costs.
- Manage spare parts and consumables inventory to support operational needs.
- Handle general queries related to Coolers and Draught Equipment Asset Management and ensure timely resolution.
- Reconcile regional asset utilization reports and submit summaries.
- Assist in organizing team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews related to asset management.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for technicians and asset deployment teams.
- Support budget tracking for asset-related expenses, repairs, and new equipment procurement.
- Assist with the allocation and deployment of new coolers and draught systems across various outlets.
- Ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs) for maintenance and repairs.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree/Diploma in Commerce, Marketing or Business Administration
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
- 5 years’ experience within FMCG.
- In Trade Execution Background.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in sales reporting and planning.
- The ability to build relationships with a variety of business stakeholders to effectively manage work output required.
- Excellent business presentation skills and high attention to detail and enjoy working as part of a team.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel.
- High level of communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work.
- A mindset of innovation and a passion for continuous improvement.
