KEY RESULT AREAS

  • Conduct and manage asset verification for all coolers and draught equipment, ensuring accurate records of asset locations, conditions, and utilization.
  • Maintain and update records of coolers and draught equipment, including deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning.
  • Assist with contract administration, tracking agreements related to equipment leasing, repairs, and service providers.
  • Coordinate and schedule maintenance and servicing of coolers and draught systems.
  • Compile reports and presentations on asset utilization, performance, and costs.
  • Manage spare parts and consumables inventory to support operational needs.
  • Handle general queries related to Coolers and Draught Equipment Asset Management and ensure timely resolution.
  • Reconcile regional asset utilization reports and submit summaries.
  • Assist in organizing team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews related to asset management.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for technicians and asset deployment teams.
  • Support budget tracking for asset-related expenses, repairs, and new equipment procurement.
  • Assist with the allocation and deployment of new coolers and draught systems across various outlets.
  • Ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs) for maintenance and repairs.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree/Diploma in Commerce, Marketing or Business Administration

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

  • 5 years’ experience within FMCG.
  • In Trade Execution Background.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in sales reporting and planning.
  • The ability to build relationships with a variety of business stakeholders to effectively manage work output required.
  • Excellent business presentation skills and high attention to detail and enjoy working as part of a team.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel.
  • High level of communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work.
  • A mindset of innovation and a passion for continuous improvement.
