Requirements :
- Matric plus an undergraduate qualification (NQF level 7) in Town and Regional Planning and/ or Built Environment.
- The incumbent should have at least a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Infrastructure Project Management at Middle/Senior management level. Registration with SACPLAN will be added as an advantage. A Pre-Entry SMS Certificate is a prerequisite. Possession of a valid driver’s license.
Duties :
- Lead and manage the application town and regional planning principles in land development. Manage the provision of Geographical Information System (GIS) and conduct environmental impact assessment.
- Manage and facilitate rapid land release programme. Administer and coordinate wide provincial informal settlements upgrade strategy. Management of the business unit.
