Introduction

  • Reporting to the General Manager Distribution Retail, the Senior Manager Retail will lead the Sales Strategy and Execution for predefined customers, through the provision of value-adding customised products, services to segmented customers and translate strategic goals into sales targets, KPIs, and execution plans for the entire department.

Minimum requirements

Qualification(s):

  • B Degree in Marketing/ Commerce/ Sciences/ Engineering at a NQF7 level with 360 credits OR
  • B Tech in Marketing/ Commerce/ Sciences/ Engineering at a NQF7 level with 360 credits    

Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years’ extensive experience in customer service operations and a strong grounding in customer service theory
