  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage a designated area of expertise within Talent Acquisition (TA), focusing on data analytics, strategic recruitment, and recruitment tools.
  • This role supports the hiring process by collecting, organizing, and interpreting data to enable informed decision-making and enhance recruitment strategies. The ideal candidate will be an individual contributor with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for optimizing recruitment processes through data.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize data, tools, and strategic recruitment initiatives within Talent Acquisition.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze recruitment data to support decision-making.
  • Develop and implement data-driven approaches across the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Provide actionable insights to management using recruitment metrics and analytics.
  • Conduct market research to understand the competitive talent landscape.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize recruitment performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and support.
  • Focus primarily on local services, with occasional involvement in shared services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, data analysis, or HR analytics.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and Excel.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
