Job Description
- A well-established, multi-disciplinary construction firm is looking for a Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in concrete structural works to join their growing team.

They operate across public and private sectors, delivering turnkey solutions that merge engineering precision with construction excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Measure and value structural concrete work (formwork, reinforcement, concrete, etc.)
- Prepare interim valuations and manage final accounts
- Monitor and report on project budgets; provide strategic cost-control guidance
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations and perform comparative analysis
- Work closely with engineers, site teams, and project managers
- Ensure contract compliance and handle variations or claims professionally
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in structural concrete projects
- Solid understanding of construction drawings and structural detailing
- Proficiency in MS Excel and QS software such as BuildSmart, CCS, or similar
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Driver’s license and own vehicle (preferred)
