Your future role
- Take on a new challenge and apply your quality inspection expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside skilled, collaborative, and detail-oriented teammates.
- You’ll play a key role in ensuring product compliance and supporting the improvement of our Zero Defect Program.
- Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, including the EPU (Elementary Production Unit) manager, Process & Manufacturing Engineering team, Supply Chain, and Supplier Quality Assurance. You’ll also interact with customers’ representatives and suppliers, ensuring seamless communication and quality assurance.
- You’ll specifically take care of performing inspections, ensuring product compliance, and recording inspection results in industrial digital tools, but also support workstation quality animation and perform both destructive and non-destructive examinations.
We’ll look to you for:
- Performing inspections and ensuring product compliance according to the Quality Control Plan
- Recording inspection results in digital tools
- Supporting the EPU manager for Station to Station Hand Over
- Collaborating on Workstation Quality Animation with the EPU manager, including simple problem-solving (5W)
- Performing destructive and non-destructive examinations
- Managing rework validation and ensuring proper defect characterization

- Nated Qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (N6 preferred)
- Ability to read drawings and specifications, with familiarity in a variety of test equipment
- Special Process Qualification at a minimum of Level 2 according to Quality Academy criteria
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP database
- 4+ years of quality inspection experience within the manufacturing industry, including the use of digital tools
- Technical knowledge in critical product characteristics, including electrical, electromechanical, material, and mechanical aspects
- Strong problem-solving mindset
- Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills
- Rigor and effective communication abilities
