Description of the role and purpose of the job:
- Join our dynamic Experienced Hires Recruitment team as a Recruitment Officer! In this pivotal role, you will work closely with Recruitment Managers to attract, source, and engage qualified and diverse candidates from internal, external, and referral channels. You will play a key part in ensuring a seamless recruitment process while maintaining strict compliance with all relevant employment regulations, policies, and procedures related to experienced hires, transfers, and mobility.

Key responsibilities
- Support Experienced Hires Recruitment Managers with end-to-end recruitment nationally.
- Publishing job ads on various portals.
- Screening and Shortlisting applicants for junior positions.
- Participating in interviews for certain roles.
- Track recruitment metrics and assist in reporting
- Responsible for the complete administration for all positions including reference checks, verification checks, criminal checks, etc. and ensuring that all checks have been completed, flag inconsistencies accordingly.
- Preparation of “letters of appointment”, employment contracts (FTC’s), addendums, resource agreements and third-party contracts.
- Reviewing and updating existing contracts, and updating employee records
- Loading new joiners on the application tracking system.

Experience (Minimum Requirements)
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ recruitment experience
- Knowledge and experience drafting employment/third-party contracts, including reviewing and updating existing contracts
- Working knowledge of BCEA and LRA legislation/procedures.
- Understanding of end-to-end recruitment Knowledge of Taleo would be advantageous.
- Experience working in a high pressure, deadline driven environment
