Key Responsibilities:
- Perform basic electrical work.
- Perform basic plumbing work.
- General building maintenance.
- Maintain, repair, and move furniture.
- Install and replace floors, tiling and stairs as needed.
- Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings.
- Perform thorough facility inspections and schedule any necessary repairs (internal & external)
- Maintain accurate records/documentation associated with your work.
- To be able to work at heights (non-Acrophobia).
- Be able to work overtime.
Skills Requirement:
- Basic Plumbing knowledge
- Basic Electrical Knowledge
- Customer service
- Ability to use common power and hand tools.
- Self-starter with good time management skills
Qualification, Experience and Competencies:
- Matric/Grade 12
- Valid driver’s License
- Effective communication across all levels
