Requirements
- Matric
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in similar role
- Experience working with targets
- Drivers license with own transport
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Positive attitude and proactive approach
- High level of professionalism and integrity
Duties will include, but not limited to:
Sales and Business Development
- Identify and target potential clients within the assigned region (JHB).
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any client inquiries or concerns.
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Market Analysis
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging markets.
Reporting and Administration
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager
