About the Role
- In this role, you’ll support our business leaders and finance business partners by providing insights, analysis, and reporting to help drive sound commercial decisions. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business performance, identify trends, and assist in delivering actionable recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Support the Finance Business Partnering team in delivering financial insights and analysis to business leaders.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting processes.
- Prepare and maintain financial dashboards and performance metrics.
- Contribute to variance analysis, identifying key drivers of performance against plan.
- Support decision-making processes by providing timely, accurate, and relevant financial information.
- Collaborate with commercial, marketing, and operations teams to understand financial implications of key business initiatives.
- Assist in preparing presentations and reports for leadership reviews.
- Participate in ad hoc analysis and projects aimed at improving business efficiency and profitability.
- Contribute ideas to process improvement and automation within the finance function.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in a finance, analytics, or business support role (internship or graduate experience acceptable).
- Knowledge of financial principles and basic business acumen.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, proactive, and “can-do” attitude — eager to learn and take initiative.
- Comfortable working with data and financial models.
- Strong Excel skills; experience with Power BI, SQL, or similar tools would be an advantage.
