Purpose of the position:
- The successful candidate will get practical exposure to the Trade/Retail business as well as the opportunity to work with the team to learn new skills and gain business insight and grow to management level.
Minimum Requirements:
- Appropriate Degree/Diploma in Agriculture, Marketing or Finance;
- Previous experience in an agricultural environment will be an advantage;
- Must be willing to rotate in the region;
- Valid drivers license.
Skills:
- Sound communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;
- Computer literate (MS Office);
- The ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships;
- Management skills;
- Ambitious with drive.
