Job Purpose    

  • To provide an effective and efficient administrative and financial support to internal and external customers of the Directorate. 
  • Must be physically fit to perform the duties of the post.
  • This post reports to ADMINISTRATION OFFICER

Key Responsibility Areas    

  • Performs tasks associated with the procurement of goods and services including contracts, non-stock, stock and service orders for the Directorate.
  • Performs any related administrative tasks including attending to repairs and maintenance of office equipment.
  • Performs specific tasks/activities associated with the acquisition of movable assets.
  • Provide an administrative and accounting support service to the co-operatives function.
  • Render a unit fleet management support service.

  • Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent and an Administrative Certificate.
  • 3 years relevant experience
