Job Purpose
- To provide an effective and efficient administrative and financial support to internal and external customers of the Directorate.
- Must be physically fit to perform the duties of the post.
- This post reports to ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
Key Responsibility Areas
- Performs tasks associated with the procurement of goods and services including contracts, non-stock, stock and service orders for the Directorate.
- Performs any related administrative tasks including attending to repairs and maintenance of office equipment.
- Performs specific tasks/activities associated with the acquisition of movable assets.
- Provide an administrative and accounting support service to the co-operatives function.
- Render a unit fleet management support service.

- 3 years relevant experience
