• Matric
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management software is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
• Own reliable transport.
• Valid Drivers License.

Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Assist the Gauteng Rentals manager with Administration requirements.
• Update Gauteng and Cape Town stocklist daily/weekly.
• Overview of Entry and Exit lists daily for Gauteng & Cape Town.
• Assist the Gauteng Rental Manager with external agent oversight and updates including generating reports on available units.
• Assist the Gauteng Rental Manager with gathering information to assist and attend to Landlord complaints and resolution.
• Assist the Gauteng Rental Manager with gathering information to assist and attend to tenant complaints and resolution.
• Assist the Gauteng Rental Manager with overview and insight regarding advertisements & marketing.
• Attend weekly meetings with the Gauteng Rental Manager & all related meetings that are for the Gauteng Rental manager.
• Assist the Gauteng Manager with gathering information on Google Reviews and providing feedback to relevant parties.
• Assist the Gauteng Rental Manager with onboarding and contacting landlords bringing in external new lets including contacting the client, gathering information on the properties and sending the mandate to the landlord.
• Once a mandate is received, revert to Gauteng Rental Manager to allocate to a Portfolio Manager and Agent.
