What you bring
- You are a seasoned professional who combines deep technical expertise with business acumen and a genuine empathy for customers.
Must-have:
- 10+ years of experience in customer-facing roles (e.g., Program Manager, Architect, Customer Engagement, Customer Advisory).
- SAP implementation, transformation experience as a consultant, program director or internal IT
- Proven track record in delivering enterprise business transformations through large-scale application delivery
- Demonstrated S/4HANA technical and/or SAP S/4HANA application/functional knowledge through active transformation projects
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation skills in English, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders across IT and business.
- Ability to operate in large and complex organizations with multiple stakeholders
Nice to have:
- Experience using SAP LeanIX and Signavio to document architectures and business processes.
- Familiarity with both cloud SAP solutions.
- BTP Certifications (Integration Suite, Extension Suite, SAP Build).
- Professional Certifications such as SAP Enterprise Architecture Framework (LeanIX EAM), SAP Certified Professional–Enterprise Architect (P_SAPEA_2023), or TOGAF.
