Key Responsibilities

  • Meet service level agreements (SLAs) and collaborate with key stakeholders.
  • Manage and optimise the use of service delivery resources.
  • Plan and manage service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Manage all domain controller (DC) operations for information technology (IT) and operational technology (OT).
  • Manage all Data Centres (DCs) / Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) / Business Continuity Management (BCM) operations for information technology (IT) and operational technology (OT).
  • Manage all service deployment across all technology platforms.

Minimum requirements

Qualification(s):

  • B Degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Engineering/ Business Administration/ Business Management at NQF level 7 with 360 credits or
  • B Tech in Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Engineering/ Business Administration/ Business Management at NQF level 7 with 360 credits or
  • Advanced Diploma in Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Engineering/ Business Administration/ Business Management at NQF level with 360 credits

Experience:

  • 10 years’ extensive experience in service delivery, computer operations, data centre management and disaster recovery plan (DRP)/business continuity management (BCM)
