PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
- The Junior Office Administrator will support the Perso Bureau team with day-to-day administrative tasks, helping to ensure smooth operations and accurate documentation. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who is organized, eager to learn, and ready to grow within a secure and fast-paced production environment. The key responsibilities of the position are as follows, but not limited to:
- Coordinate and manage daily office operations, including scheduling, filing, and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records of office documentation.
- Support inventory tracking and stationery supply management.
- Assist with internal and external communication, including meeting coordination and minute-taking.
- Ensure compliance with internal Standard Operating Procedures and administrative protocols.
- Prepare reports and presentations as required by the Office Manager.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to support departmental efficiency.
- Provide administrative support during audits and inspections.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Support audits and compliance checks related to administrative processes.

- Ideal candidates should be unemployed at the time of contracting.
- Must qualify as Youth candidates and therefore must be between the age of 18 – 34.

- Must not have previously participated in a “Yes4Youth” program.
MINIMUM ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- National Diploma or NQF Level 6 in Office Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
- 0–1 year experience in an administrative or office support role. Internship or learnership experience will be considered.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL & ABILITIES:
- MS Office (Outlook/ Project / Word / Excel / PowerPoint/SharePoint).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills is a prerequisite
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
